All your data is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences.

The app works completely offline — no internet connection is ever needed.

You can delete all your data anytime from Settings → Reset All Data.

We have no user accounts, no login, no registration required.

It is a smart meeting cost tracker that helps teams visualize and understand the real financial cost of meetings in real time.

This Privacy Policy explains how MeetGauge handles your information.

Short answer: we don’t collect any.

📊 Information We Do NOT Collect (Zero Data Policy)

MeetGauge is built with a privacy-first, offline-first approach. We do NOT collect:

Your name, email, or personal identifiers

Meeting titles, attendee names, or salary data

Device IDs, advertising IDs, or hardware info

Location data

Contacts or phonebook data

Camera, microphone, or media access

Usage analytics or crash reports

IP address or network data

App usage or browsing behavior

Because the app never connects to a server, your data cannot leave your device.

💾 How Your Data Is Stored (Local Only)

All data you enter (meetings, attendees, salaries, templates, settings) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences.

This means:

Stored in private app storage

Not accessible by other apps

Deleted when app is uninstalled

Can be manually deleted anytime

No cloud sync

No backups to third-party services

Notifications (unless you enable them manually)

🌐 Internet & Network Usage

MeetGauge is fully offline.

No API calls

No data transmission

No servers

No tracking

The app works the same with or without internet.

MeetGauge uses NO third-party services, including:

Google Analytics / Firebase

Facebook SDK

Crashlytics / Sentry

Ad networks (AdMob, etc.)

Cloud services (AWS, Firebase)

Social logins

Payment systems

There are NO ads in this app.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data.

We cannot access your data at all.

If you use the Share Report feature:

Data is shared directly from your device

You control what is shared

We do not see or store it

MeetGauge is not designed for children under 13.

However, since we collect no data, all users are equally protected.

Edit anytime

Delete specific entries

Reset all data instantly
